Murat Mühürdaroğlu

Murat Muhurdaroglu was graduated from Ankara, Bilkent University in 1994 and holds a BS in Management. Same year he started working for Garanti Bank, an affiliate of BBVA Group as management trainee. 

 

During the early phases of his professional life, he was part of a project team which was led by McKinsey Consulting. After the completion of the pilot phase of the project about retail banking, he left the bank to complete his military duty. 

 

He returned the bank as commercial banking manager and worked for several regional offices and branches. In 2003, he joined an affiliant of the bank, Garanti Insurance as senior vice president.

 

In Garanti Insurance -which later became Eureko Insurance, he managed the team that was responsible for marketing and sales of the insurance products in the branches of Garanti Bank. 

 

During his 13 years experience with Garanti, he also worked as an internal trainer and gave courses on sales, market and industry analysis, pricing and profitability.

 

After completing his certification program in 2007, he became one of the 2,800 world wide trainers of Dale Carnegie Training. He left Garanti and worked with Dale Carnegie Training for three years and held the Training Director position. He gave courses in Turkish and English on leadership, sales and sales management, high impact presentations, strategic management and personal development in many corporations.

 

In early days of 2011 he founded Arma Consultancy and Learning Solutions. Same year, he completed the certification at INSEAD on Blue Ocean Strategy -a strategic management methodology, and became a certified BOS Consultant. In 2012 he was invited to join Apple Europe Trainers network. He delivers sales related courses for Apple and works with B2B delivery channel as a consultant. 

In 2017, he became a certified consultant and assessor of Six Seconds, the world's largest emotional intelligence organization. Shortly after, Arma became the same organization's preferred partner in Turkey.

 

Muhurdaroglu, who was graduated from MIT's Digital Transformation program in 2019, is the father of 17-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son.
