
Müge Bulut
Müge began her career in training and consulting early on. After working on leadership programs, conferences, and development initiatives, she recognized early on how learning impacts organizational behavior and performance.
With over 25 years of professional experience in learning, talent, and organizational skills development, Müge has managed learning, talent, and talent development functions in multinational corporate environments and multi-country operations at companies such as Anadolu Efes, CCI (Coca-Cola İçecek), Benetton Group, and Sabancı Holding.
In these roles, she was responsible not only for leadership development design but also for shaping the talent management architecture. This included strengthening succession planning discipline, clarifying high-potential identification frameworks, aligning talent models with business strategy, and establishing governance mechanisms that link performance, development, and readiness.
During this process, she was involved in the establishment of corporate academies as well as the design of multi-level leadership, high-potential, and succession development frameworks. She built functional talent architectures, structured mentoring ecosystems, and developed infrastructures that made leadership lines visible and actionable; she collaborated closely with executive teams to transform growth strategies into sustainable workforce capacity.
In addition to her role in corporate life, Müge, who has developed a strong coaching foundation, is an ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) certified. She continues to apply coaching principles to the integration of leadership development, talent practices, and organizational talent design.
Since the beginning of 2026, she has been working at Arma Training and Consulting Center on consulting projects aimed at creating disciplined talent systems that connect strategy, talent, and sustainable performance. She also holds an Assessor certification from Six Seconds Emotional Intelligence Network, of which Arma is a partner in Turkey.
Müge's areas of focus:
• Talent and Competency Architecture: Identifying strategy-critical talents and transforming them into role-based competency expectations to make gaps and risks visible. • Leadership Behavior and Continuing Planning Framework: Clarifying leadership behaviors and decision expectations; Aligning the succession model with future talent needs. • Corporate Academy and Special Development Programs: Designing role-based learning journeys, leadership programs tailored to different levels, function academies, and targeted HiPo initiatives.
