Born in Ankara in 1972, Teközgen graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1995.

 

He began his professional career in 1995 at Total Oil in the Engineering and Investments department, and later served as Sales and Consolidation Coordinator.

 

From 2000 onwards, he joined OMV Petrol Ofisi, where he held management, director, and director positions in numerous areas such as sales, marketing, strategy and planning, business development, product and pricing, and brand management for over 16 years.

 

During his tenure as Business Development and Product Manager, he and his team won the Ministry of Technology Technology Award for Petrol Ofisi with the Autoexpress (Individual Vehicle Identification System) project. During the same period, he signed collaborations with global brands such as General Motors, Mercedes Benz, and Afton Chemical. The V/Max product series and the Satellite-Controlled Fuel Guarantee project were also implemented during Teközgen's time.

 

 

In 2016, he served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Sales and Marketing at Kadoil, where he implemented many important projects involving vehicle identification systems, LPG, lubricants, and product quality.

 

After leaving the sector in 2019, Teközgen has been sharing his knowledge and experience as a management consultant and trainer in various sectors ever since.

 

He provides consulting services and customized training to organizations in areas such as sales and marketing, leadership, communication, negotiation techniques, and strategic management.

 

Teközgen has a son born in 2001 and a daughter born in 2006.
