Ece Bekler graduated from Kandilli Girls' High School (Middle School), Halide Edip Adıvar Super High School, Sakarya University (Public Administration), and Istanbul University (Sociology Department).

 

In her early professional life, she worked in the marketing department of the German company Werner Mertz; then, she worked at Anadolubank, first in teller roles and then in individual banking segments. After banking, she worked at New Life Life Insurance. For the following 6 years, she continued her career as a product manager in the field of network marketing.

 

Following her time in the finance sector, she worked at Farmasi Cosmetics and most recently, after leaving her position as Product Manager at the same company, continued her career as a trainer.

 

During her time as Product Manager, she was responsible for various tasks including preparing and implementing communication plans, marketing projects and promotional activities, supporting marketing strategies, monitoring competitor activities, planning, preparing and delivering trainings, and managing launch activities. She also participated in many domestic and international organizations, fairs, and congresses.

 

In her role as Product Manager, she also served as an in-house trainer, providing marketing and leadership training.

 

During her high school and university years, she successfully represented Turkey in numerous competitions and festivals both domestically and internationally as a national folk dancer.

 

Ece, who is very interested in the arts, received training in performing arts, drama, and diction at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center's theater department. She also completed a painting course at Yıldız Technical University and holds a Pilates instructor certificate. Ece joined Arma in 2015 and is the mother of a daughter.
