
Feza Aytaçoğlu
Engin Kuş was graduated from Kabataş High School for Boys and then from Istanbul University, Faculty of Science, Department of Physics in 2000.
During his school years, he started his working life as a Customer Service Representative at Xerox. After graduation, he took a position in the Customer Service department at Siemens Business Services.
After working on many projects at Siemens in his early years, he left Siemens in 2002 to fulfill his military service. Upon his return from military service, he started working at Boehringer Ingelheim Pharmaceuticals in 2003.
During this time, Engin had the opportunity to work both in the field and at the General Directorate, and in 2009 he became the European Regional Manager. His areas of responsibility included the Thrace Region, Istanbul Europe, Van, Ağrı, and Bitlis.
During his tenure as Regional Manager until January 2014, his responsibilities included managing team performance, achieving sales targets, keeping CRM data up-to-date, creating team training plans, developing relationships with external customers, and coaching the team.
During this period, he received numerous trainings, primarily in Situational Leadership, Performance Coaching, Feedback Training, and Management Skills Development Programs.
Engin, who completed his Master's degree in Business Administration at Yeditepe University, joined Arma Training and Consulting Center in 2014. He currently provides training to corporate firms on Sales and Sales Management, Negotiation, Leadership, Feedback, Train-the-Trainer, Effective Presentation Skills, and Communication within Arma.
Born in 1976, Engin holds a one-star diving certificate. A former professional football player for Beşiktaş Sports Club, he is the father of a daughter and currently works as an amateur football coach, and is interested in sailing and photography.
