
Selin Madak
Selin was completed her high school education at Sakıp Sabancı Anatolian High School, then graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Economics, Department of Econometrics and simultaneously from Anadolu University, Department of Public Relations in 2003. As of 2019, she began her associate degree studies in Social Media Management at Anadolu University.
In 2004, she started working in the Retail Banking branch at Yapı ve Kredi Bankası A.Ş. In 2007, she moved to the SME Banking field, and at the beginning of 2008, she transferred to Türk Ekonomi Bankası A.Ş.
Between 2008 and 2017, she worked in the SME Segment at the Istanbul Osmanbey, Şişli, Maçka, and Maslak branches. During her time at TEB, she received the SME Mentor title and prepared award-winning projects within the bank related to consulting and mentoring for SMEs. She provided internal training in sales, business development, and system usage. She also specialized in Digital Banking, Entrepreneurial Banking, Women's Banking, and various product development projects.
In 2015-2016, she achieved first place among banks in sales and data usage, and her success story was featured on TEB SME TV. That same year, she was selected for her high-performance portfolio and included in the branch manager candidate program.
Born in 1981, KILIÇ ended her active banking career in 2017 and continues her work as a Banking-Finance Expert, SME Consultant, and since 2019, as an instructor at Arma Training and Consulting Center. Her areas of expertise include Communication, Negotiation, Emotional Intelligence, Customer Experience, Experience Innovation, Blue Ocean Strategy, Sales and Portfolio Management, Learning Agility, and Remote Work and Productivity.
Selin, a mother of one son, also volunteers as a mentor and trainer for women entrepreneurs in addition to her work at Arma.
