
Suna Çapraz Keskin
Suna was born in Ankara in 1968. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 1989.
After graduation, she started working at Garanti Bank as an Assistant Financial Analysis Specialist. Subsequently, she held positions as Commercial Branch Marketing Manager, Commercial Regional Marketing Manager, and Branch Manager. During every time in the region, she assisted portfolio teams in tracking regional and branch targets and determining sales strategies to achieve these targets. She provided marketing support by participating in customer visits with portfolio teams.
During each time as a branch manager, she participated as a pilot branch in McKinsey's "Branch Sales and Strategy Project" and "Compass Project," becoming the first implementer of these projects in the bank. She shared her experiences and organized guidance workshops to ensure the successful implementation of these projects throughout the bank.
During every time at Garanti, she provided training as an Internal Trainer on pricing and profitability, balance sheet management, financial analysis, and sales. During her branch manager roles, she mentored manager candidates in the "assessment" phase and newly appointed branch managers.
Throughout his banking career, he served as Branch Manager for a total of 17 years in Retail, Mixed, and Commercial Branches. During the last 5 years of his branch management, he also worked as an expert witness at the Istanbul Courthouse, providing opinions on numerous cases.
With the experience gained during his 27-year professional career, after retiring from the bank, he brought his voluntary training practice, which he had been conducting while at Garanti, to a professional level and joined the Arma family in 2016, providing training.
His training programs include: Sales and Strategy Training for Branch Sales Teams, Risk Management Training, Feedback Training, Banking Training for Teller, Retail, Business, Commercial, and Corporate Banking, Balance Sheet Management and Branch Management Training for Head Office, Regional, and Branch Employees, New Branch Managers, and Manager Candidates in the Assessment Process, Financial Analysis, Early Warning Signals Training, Communication Skills, and Persuasion and Objection Management Training in Sales.
She received a certificate after attending the "Understanding Working Psychology and Motivation Training" organized by the Association of Psychologists and Psychiatrists. She is also a member of a book club and enjoys contributing to her personal development through reading about various topics of interest.
