Born in Istanbul in 1979, Filiz has held various leadership roles throughout her career at Superonline/Turkcell, Legrand Electric, Schneider Electric, Avea, and Turkcell, including Sales Engineering, Regional Management, Sales Training Management, Sales Management, and General Coordination.

 

Throughout her professional career, she has actively taken responsibility for managing sales teams, improving performance, structuring dealerships and channels, establishing training systems, leadership development programs, and organizational development projects. Transferring her field management experience to the training and development sector, Filiz has provided training and development services to organizations and professional teams operating in various sectors. She has designed and implemented numerous training, workshop, and development programs, primarily in areas such as Leadership and Management Development Programs, Sales and Advanced Sales Techniques, Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management, Channel and Dealer Management, Team Management and Teamwork, Communication and Empathy, Emotional Intelligence, Conflict and Crisis Management, Negotiation and Persuasion Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Interview Techniques, Performance and Competency Development, Motivation and Employee Engagement, Time and Prioritization Management, Stress Management, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Service Quality and Professionalism, Presentation and Effective Communication Skills, Coaching and Mentoring Approaches, Organization and Coordination Management, and Change and Adaptation Processes.

 

Having completed the Sales and Management Development training within the scope of the Sabancı University EDU Program, she has also worked as a freelance trainer and training consultant on various corporate projects under the umbrella of the same university. She has over 25 years of experience in sales management, leadership development, corporate training, and organizational development.

 

Filiz, a mother of an 18-year-old boy, continues her work by blending her educational experiences with her life experiences, having joined the Arma family in 2026.
