Zeynep believes she has three distinct birth dates in her life: her own birth in January 1983, the arrival of Doruk in February 2009, and the transformations she experienced with the arrival of Çınar in June 2015. These transformations have formed the strongest foundations of her professional identity and her perspective on people.

 

She is an Educator and Management Consultant with many years of experience in sales, training, and development in her professional life, including 11 years under the umbrella of Avea and Türk Telekom. Since 2016, she has been working independently, focusing on lasting behavioral change and organizational transformation in adult education, collaborating with institutions.

 

Throughout her corporate career, she has built a strong foundation by receiving training from leading educators in Turkey. Her areas of interest and expertise include Communication and Conflict; Zeynep has received extensive training in numerous areas, including Public Speaking and Dramatic Effects, Internal Customer Resistance Management, Sales Techniques, Effective Communication, Empathy, Teamwork, Motivation, Presentation Skills, Train-the-Trainer, Problem Solving, Responsibility Handling, Organizational Coordination, Body Language, Image Management, Verbal Communication, and Customer Satisfaction.

 

In 2016, she added a new dimension to her development journey by establishing her own firm, specializing in creative drama, neuroscience, art and storytelling, and somatic experiencing. With her unwavering commitment to learning and continuous self-improvement, she integrates these fundamental disciplines into her corporate programs.

 

Embracing the vision of "meeting in a place where we can remain human and ourselves," Zeynep continues her professional training activities under the umbrella of Arma Training and Consulting Center, which she joined in 2026.
