Born in 1972 in Ankara, Altug graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in 1995.

 

He started his professional career at Total Oil in 1995 in the Engineering and Investments department and later served as Sales and Consolidation Coordinator.

 

In 2000, he moved to OMV Petrol Ofisi and served as manager, director and director in many areas such as sales, marketing, strategy and planning, business development, product and pricing and brand management for more than 16 years. During his tenure as Business Development and Product Manager, he and his team won the Ministry of Technology's Technology Award for Petrol Ofisi with the Autoexpress (Individual Vehicle Identification System) project. During the same period, he collaborated with global brands such as General Motors, Mercedes Benz, and Afton Chemical. The realization of the V/Max product series and the Satellite Controlled Fuel Guarantee project were also realized during Teközgen's tenure.

 

In 2016, he assumed the position of Assistant General Manager in charge of Sales and Marketing at Kadoil. During this period, he realized many important projects including vehicle recognition systems, LPG, lubricants and product quality. During this period, he played an important role in the company's rise from 13th to 8th place in the sector.

 

In 2019, Altug left the sector and has been sharing his knowledge and experience as a management consultant and trainer in various sectors since then. He provides consultancy and customized trainings in areas such as sales and marketing, leadership, communication, negotiation techniques and strategic management.

 

Tekozgen has a son born in 2001 and a daughter born in 2006.
