Suna was born in Ankara in 1968. She graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of Business Administration in 1989.

 

After graduation, she started working as an Assistant Financial Analysis Specialist at Garanti Bank. Subsequently, she worked as Commercial Branch Marketing Director, Commercial Regional Marketing Manager and Branch Manager, respectively. During his tenure in the region, he assisted the portfolio teams in monitoring the targets of the region and branches and determining sales strategies to achieve these targets. He provided marketing support by taking part in customer visits with portfolio teams.

 

During his tenure as branch manager, he took part in the “Branch Sales and Strategy Project” and the “Compass Project” conducted by Mc Kinsey as a pilot branch and became the first implementer of these projects in the bank.

 

During his tenure at Garanti, he worked as an Internal Trainer, providing training on pricing and profitability, balance sheet management, financial analysis and sales. During his time as a branch manager, he mentored prospective managers in the “assessment” stage and new branch managers.

 

During his banking career, he worked as a Branch Manager in Retail, Mixed and Commercial Branches for a total of 17 years. In the last 5 years of his branch management, he also served as an expert witness at the Istanbul Courthouse and gave his opinion on many files. Since 2016, he joined the Arma family and started to provide training.

 

She received a certificate by participating in the “Understanding Employee Psychology and Motivation Training” of the Association of Psychologists and Psychiatrists. She is also a member of a book club and is happy to contribute to her personal development by reading in different areas of interest.

 

Suna is the mother of 27-year-old Fulya.
